7 Keys for Manifesting your Deepest Desires

Would you be interested in a simple formula you can use to attract what you want faster than you ever thought you could?

That’s exactly what we’re going to cover here.

You see, I’ve noticed that people make several big mistakes when goal-setting and manifesting. Let’s talk now about how you can avoid these mistakes and create the life you want.

It’s very important that you frame your intentions correctly as I’m about to explain. Do the following whenever you set intentions and goals and you’ll find yourself attracting good things at a speed that will amaze you.

By the way, if you prefer the word “goals” or “outcomes” instead of the word “intention” - that’s fine. I’m going to use the word “intention” to mean all of these things.

So let’s discuss The 7 Keys For Manifesting Your Deepest Desires…

Key #1: Make Sure You Set Your Intention!

I know it sounds obvious but this has to be the number one reason why people don’t get what they want. Look, in any situation you’re either creating what you want or you’re reacting to what is.

When people pretend they are not responsible for what they’re creating in their lives, they’re really choosing to accept what they DON’T want.The first step in creating your life the way you want it is to accept responsibility for what is. It’s not Mum and Dad’s fault, the boss’s fault or God’s fault. You’re driving you’re own bus and you’re the one who’s in control of your life.

This can be a bitter pill to swallow for many people. But anything less than accepting full responsibility for what you attract will not manifest your deepest desires. Let’s look at the next key, shall we?

Key #2: Make Your Intention Best For All

Many goal-setting methods encourage us to set all kinds of goals without fully considering the consequences. The problem with that is that what’s good for one area of your life may have a negative impact on the rest of your life, others or the planet.

Okay, I’m sure the majority of people have good motives and would not knowingly set intentions that would hurt themselves or others. However, it’s also true that the enemy of the BEST is often the GOOD. An intention may be safe for all, but is it really what’s BEST for all? I encourage you to consider the consequences and to always check in with your heart before setting an intention. I like to meditate before setting an intention on the bigger issues. Get this key right and you’ll have the inertia of the Universe working with you.

Key #3: Your Intention Must Be Positively Stated

I’m sure you’ve heard this one before - but are you applying it? Listen carefully to what you say to yourself when you talk about what you want and don’t want.What percentage of what you say is framed negatively like, “I’m sick of work” or, “We need to stop arguing” etc etc. Negatively framed intentions need to be changed to the positive. What DO you want?

Key #4: Your Intention Must Be Clear & Concise

Go ahead and write pages of detail about your dreams. Going into lots of detail creates the passion needed to turn your dreams into reality. Just be sure that you also have a statement of intent in the form of a nutshell type statement.By clear and concise I mean one or two sentences at the most. Remember - If you cannot say it, you cannot have it!

Key #5: State Your Intention In Present Tense Language

Frame your intention in present tense language. For example, don’t say, “By 1st January 2010 I will own a Ferrari”. Instead say, “It is now 1st January 2010 and I’m looking at my brand new Ferrari”. Framing your intention in the present tense helps you create the feeling of already having created your outcome. This is very important.

Key #6: Your Intention Should Be Both Believable & Challenging

You must believe and expect your outcome is on it’s way. Nothing gives you more belief than a history of success. If you’ve never had success in some area, it’s better to start smaller - get some successes under your belt and build up.Play with the time limit and the size of the goal. If you’ve always been successful in a given area then it’s time to scale up your intention and/or move it closer to the present. What would be more challenging for you? Set intentions that stretch you and that you can fully believe will happen in the time frame you set.

Key #7: Know Your Evidence Procedure

Critically important. How will you know when your outcome has happened? Where will you be? What will be your experience? What will you see, hear, feel, say and do etc?Build the evidence procedure into your statement of intent. For example, “It is now 1st January 2010 and I am looking at my brand new Ferrari and I feel great!” Including the evidence procedure makes it easy for the Universe to understand your intention and make it manifest. Finally, some of this may serve as a reminder of what you already know to make sure you’re putting this into practice.

You may also find that you’ve been missing one or more of these keys and that by adding the missing key, you’ll sky-rocket your results. “To infinity and beyond”!

his meditation can be used for attracting anything you want, or just increasing your financial situation beyond what you have dreamed possible. The Billion Dollar Meditation

Start by relaxing every muscle in your entire body. Imagine a warm, healing energy and light caressing and entering every single cell inside you.

When you are deeply relaxed, repeat the sound “Ahhhhhhhh” out loud, or in your mind. This is the same sound you would make if you had a big epiphany or were watching the most exquisite sunset. Let the sound come out effortlessly, releasing and relaxing your being deep inside.

Let the sound flow gently and naturally out of your lungs and vocal chords. Don’t force it out. Let it relax you deeper.

Then, imagine a golden liquid light running up from the base of your spine, through your heart, and showering out the top of your head.

As it fountains out the crown of your head, the liquid light cascades down over your entire body. You become a fountain of energy, bathing in golden vibrant goodness.

With each in-breath the energy flows up your spine to the top of your head. With each out-breath it flows out your crown, cascades down around your body, and drenches your skin, muscles, bones and cells with warm golden healing energy.

After 7 minutes of bathing in your golden shower, take the remaining time to imagine hundreds of millions of dollars (in $100 bills) floating down from the clouds above, dumping all over your neighborhood, entering your house, and filling up your room!

Visualize yourself swimming through the money, touching the millions of dollars around you! Look outside your window and see how EXCITED and ECSTATIC everyone is! It is raining millions of dollars in everybody’s home! There is more than enough for everyone.

Let yourself experience this abundance, and feel that you have more money than you could ever spend or ask for. Experience the feelings of JOY, SECURITY, and EXCITEMENT this money brings to you.

Allow this feeling of being infinitely rich to sink to the core of your heart, mind and soul! Know that you are a God-Being, and you deserve it!

As with all manifestation techniques, keep in mind that juicing up your emotions — really FEELING the joy and excitement outlined in the meditation — is the best way to kick the attraction power into high gear.

How to Manifest For Free

I am constantly receiving e-mails that say something like this: "Please send me something that is free that will cause me to attract money so that I can have money to pay for other things needed. Thank you."

This is a typical example of e-mails that are arriving from around the world from people who just don't get it.

So what I wanted to do was give anybody the opportunity to manifest anything that they wanted to for basically free. The only thing that you need is a couple of good pencils or pens, and a notebook, just a standard, regular notebook.

So how do we do this?

Firstly this is a daily exercise. You don't miss a day. Second thing to remember is what we're doing is creating the future. It's a four step sequence. And so, without further ado, let's go ahead and get started.

This is going to absolutely blow your mind.

It takes about 30 days for it to kick in. It'll actually kick in instantly, but things will start manifesting and coming into your life very rapidly. I'd hate to say, you know, the old rule of thumb is 21 days, but I've seen it happen sooner, I've seen it happen longer. So the key is daily effort.

You need to do this exercise every single day without missing a day from here on out, pretty much. And as you start to get your new goal in you switch goals and do it on the next goal. So let's go ahead and get started. The first thing just open up a notebook and I've got mine here. Just open it up to a clean page.

At the top of the page you're going to write what it is that you want to happen, and attach a feeling to it.

For example, let's talk about money since that seems to be what everyone is interested in. The first thing you attach the event and attach an emotion to it.

So step one is, "I…", and you want to state it in the form of as if it's happening right now, or if it's already happened. So step one would be, "I am making $200 dollars per day, and feel relieved and excited about my life, and look forward to more fun in the days to come."

What I've done there is made a statement. "I'm making $200 dollars per day." That's the objective. But I'm not saying, "I'm going to make $200 dollars per day," I'm saying, "I am making $200 per day," and that's how we're going to talk about this as if it's happening right now. What's going on? "I'm making $200 dollars per day," and we're talking about how it feels right now to make $200 dollars per day.

You might be making minimum wage right now, but we're not talking about that. We're talking about you decided you wanted to make $200 dollars per day. Let's pretend like you're making $200 dollars per day, except this is not pretending, this is for real because what we feel and think on the inside attracts things on the outside to match what we feel like on the inside. I've got tons of proof how this works. I've done it a million times. It's wonderful.

This is free. This is a daily exercise, you asked for it, here it is. So that's step one. "I am making $200 dollars per day," and how do I feel? "I feel relieved and excited about my life, and I look forward to more fun in the days to come." That's something that I feel, and you want to pick something that you really feel in your words. How do you feel? Imagine that you're making $200 dollars per day, and how does it feel? And get up in that space to where you're making $200 dollars per day, and how does it feel, and write it down.

And then the second step to this is, and you write this out, "I support myself in making $200 dollars per day, and am grateful for my life and income." The key part of step two is, "I support myself in," whatever it is. "I support myself," okay? So that's the second step. And in this example, "I support myself in making $200 dollars per day, and am grateful for my life and income," that's something that I feel. Obviously gratitude's important. I'd suggest to you, consider that in your number two statement.

And then number three is the fun part. Number three is where you get up in there and you own it, and you talk about everything that's going on. And this is actually where you want to get up into that picture, and stay there, and hold it for as long as you can. So, for example, we'll just go through an example here. Number three is basically you describe, and you write down, and talk about feelings, and talk about how what's going on in your life.

Of course the $200 dollars in cash, you know, the paper part of it is not what we're looking for. We're looking for the emotion, and the lifestyle and what's it doing for you. What's it like? What's if feel like? What's it smell like? What's going on? What are other people saying? What's it feel like? So, in this example, I'm just going to write it out here. "I am so happy that I am now making $200 dollars per day. I feel so relieved. I am more relaxed. I can pay all my bills. I can do almost anything I want to." And you get the idea.

We're staying up in there, and what you need to do is to focus and stay up in there for a long time. I mean when I say a long time I'm talking like you want to go for five minutes a day if you can, and just keeping writing about it. And what you'll find is that this feeling will start to come up inside of you about how it feels as if you've already made $200 dollars per day.

Again, you might be making minimum wage, but that's not what we're talking about here. We're talking about you already make $200 dollars per day, and how does it feel. And you do this exercise, and continue to write. This is not a journal. This is a specific written manifestation exercise. This is not like anything that you've probably ever done before. What happens is you get this feeling, and that feeling is the exact same feeling that you get when it actually happens.

Now, I have to emphasize, I don't know all the spiritual things that are at work here. What I do know is that this works. And what I also know is that when it actually happens that's the exact same feeling you'll get when it happens. So the purpose of this exercise is, is for you to get comfortable with that feeling. At first it might feel a little uncomfortable, but don't worry about it. Just keep writing. I mean it's a joyful pleasant experience because if you didn't want it in the first place it wouldn't be there, right? I mean in step one, "I'm making $200 dollars per day," if you didn't want $200 dollars per day don't put that down there. If you want a girlfriend, boyfriend, love of your life, you want to get married, have kids, get a new house, pay off your credit cards, whatever it is. Because you can do whatever you want to do, okay?

Just, again, in step one it's whatever the event is and how you feel about it.

Step two is, "I support myself," in whatever it is.

And Step three is you get in there and you step into the picture as if it's happening right now, and you just stay there in writing. The writing helps you stay focused on it. And you'll have this feeling come up. You get used to feeling, get comfortable with it, get to know it, become a friend with it.

Then step four is similar to step two. Step four is a Thank You to your Higher Power for giving this to you and states it as if it has already happened, "Thank You so much for letting me make $200 per day and I'm very, very, very grateful for this opportunity. Thank you."

And that's it.

Is that simple enough?

You Get What You Expect

Whatever you expect to happen is determined by the thoughts you dwell upon plus the intensity of the emotions behind those thoughts. It is worth repeating that our subconscious does not question the validity of the data we present to it. It merely processes it and attracts to us what we believe to be true.

If we are using imagery to change habit patterns, we must see ourselves acting and reacting the way we want to be in the future. It doesn't matter how we acted today or yesterday.

Once our subconscious gets hold of our new thought, our brain-mind, functioning together through our central nervous system, will take over and we will automatically assume the new behavior patterns. The key is to be able to picture or imagine the end result so vividly that it appears real.

We have learned that our subconscious mind functions in terms of goals or end results. Once the subconscious has accepted an idea, you can absolutely depend upon it to take you to that goal. If we will supply the end results, our subconscious will supply the "how to." It will show us how to reach that end result.

Think of the end results in terms of present possibilities. They must be seen so clearly that they seem real to your brain and nervous system. The ultimate aim of affirmation and visualization is to evoke the feeling that the goal is already achieved.

Feel as though it has already been achieved and your imagery will pull you toward the end result that you desire. Imagine it in as much detail as possible. Keep using the imaging process over and over again for the same goal. In the beginning, don't worry about whether you are putting in enough detail. Every time you visualize you will automatically incorporate more and more detail.

Always put yourself in the picture. See yourself involved in the activities
of your goal. If you do not put yourself in the picture, you may not be in
the end result. Suppose you want a new car - let's say a new BMW. You
visualize the car and faithfully infuse your imagery with emotion, detail
and repetition. And then, all of a sudden, a new BMW comes into your
life. You look out the window of your house and your neighbor is driving
a new BMW! You now have new BMW in your life, but you are not in it!
So, make sure you identify yourself with your goal.

All successful individuals have started with a picture held in their mind.
They visualized and affirmed what they wanted to be, to do and to have.
And then they instructed their subconscious with clarity and repetition.

3 Steps to Manifesting Your Ideal Life

Over the past several weeks I've received dozens of email solicitations for books, CDs and videos that promise to reveal newly discovered techniques to improve my life. These emails promise a wide variety of benefits: how to get rich, lose weight, meet the woman of my dreams and buy a million dollar mansion with no money down. In some cases the salesman will throw in a "Ginzu knife" or "pocket fisherman" if I order immediately!

While some of these marketers may actually believe they've invented a whole new system of creating a life anyone would want, the truth is "there is nothing new under the sun." Mystics have studied the underlying principles that manifest reality for centuries. These same principles existed in the time of Socrates and they existed before the establishment of many of today's religions.

Whether it's money, love, health, or anything else, the principles are the same. In mystical terms, the Law of Attraction specifies that you will attract to yourself those experiences that match your beliefs. In the words of quantum physics, the observer affects that which is observed. Since you are the observer, it's you who affects your life, that is, it's you who creates your experience of reality.

You create your experience via your underlying beliefs-whether they are conscious or unconscious. If you're not conscious of your beliefs then you must make them conscious. As Carl Jung said, "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." Or, as mystics will say, "Know thyself." This includes your beliefs.

Before you begin to manifest your ideal life, you must get clear on exactly what you want. Examine your desire from a mystic perspective. Is it something that would be of benefit to many people or is it a purely selfish desire? If you are attempting to manifest your desire at the expense of someone else, there will be a steep price to pay in the future. Remember, "As ye sow, so shall ye reap," so why saddle yourself with additional burdens? If your desire seems selfish, reframe it so that it's of benefit to others.

Once you are clear on exactly what you want, then it is a straightforward matter to manifest your desire. There are three steps:

Step 1. Visualize exactly what you want for 5 minutes per day. Let's say you want to go sightseeing in Paris. You may want to visualize the Eiffel Tower. Why 5 minutes? Because any longer and your mind will wander. Any shorter and you may not be fully fleshing out your vision.

Step 2. Put yourself in the picture, with detail and emotion. You have a clear view of the Eiffel Tower. But, if you don't visualize yourself in the picture, the universe will manifest your desire, but perhaps not in the format you anticipated. For example, you might get a postcard of the Paris skyline in the mail. To avoid any misunderstandings, picture yourself standing in front of the tower. What are you wearing? Are you there with your spouse or some new love interest? Add details, employing all your sensory data. You're eating a delicious croissant. The wind is blowing gently on a beautiful, sunny spring afternoon. You hear conversations en francais and you smell the perfume of the petite jeune fille standing near you.

Don't forget to add emotion. Are you enjoying the taste of your croissant? Do you feel the joy of exploring a new country? Are you reveling in the sense of freedom as you travel the world? The more realistic you make it, the better. Step 3. At this stage, focus only on the end result. This is very important. Don't worry about how you get there. You can't possibly imagine all the ways that your goal might manifest, so don't limit yourself to people you know or the most obvious avenues to attain your goal. Let the universe worry about the details.

When you are done with your meditation, release it to the universe. Continuing to hold it in your mind will prevent its manifestation. You have to let go. To ensure you've let go, occupy yourself with a completely unrelated activity after you complete your meditation.

You're ready to go; but first, a brief note of caution. This is an extremely powerful technique, so keep in mind the old adage, "be careful what you wish for, you just might get it." An example, an acquaintance of mine was remarking on how lucky a friend of hers was to receive a $100,000 settlement for a personal injury she suffered. Within two weeks, my friend was involved in a moderately serious auto accident that left her with a bad back and a subsequent $50,000 settlement. Was it worth it? I don't think so.

To ensure that you don't manifest something similar, I recommend you close each meditation by saying, "If it pleases God, then so be it," or "If this is for my highest good, then so be it." This is an extra form of protection that will help you avoid needless headache.

Lastly, don't think that because you're busy visualizing you don't have to take any action on the physical plane. For example, if you're looking for a boyfriend or girlfriend, you can't just sit inside and visualize your ideal mate, you still need to get out. You must go about your business, but be alert to opportunities that the universe is presenting to you.

The Law of Attraction is the basic underlying principle at work here. If you're not manifesting what you desire then there are two possibilities: you aren't clear on exactly what you want or you're not aware of a certain belief, probably unconscious, that is contradicting your conscious desire.

The Ultimate Visualization Exercise

Relax with your eyes closed and focus on your breathing. Tell yourself that with each breath you take you are relaxing more and more.

Now imagine yourself as part of the entire universe. The easiest way to do this is to project your mind at high speed out into space... see the planets then solar systems rushing by.

See the universes rushing by until you have reached as far as you can go. When you look back you see all the matter of creation shimmering and pulsating in a large vibrant form before you. You can visualize this shape in human form if you wish (God?).

The suns and planets are your body cells, each filled with energy and power but awaiting your direction.
You realize that you are part of the universe and the universe is part of you.

Then see this image exploding into your own consciousness. It is unbelievable bright and full of love. Realize that this is only one portion of a far greater unseen multidimensional structure spread out over dimensions that are on the fringe of your conscious awareness.

Feel the energy arriving from this entity then visualize this same energy passing into your mind and body. Let it fill your being then direct it physically to any place within your body that you chose.

If you are looking for a financial or other physical event to occur in your life then picture that event as clearly as you can and transfer this massive vibrant burst of universal energy to that event.

Visualize the required event actually happening while you are connected with the universe and full of this life-force energy.

How to Get What You Want Every Time!

You know that YOU are the creator of all that occurs in all of your life experience, right?

You create your physical life experience through your thoughts. Literally, every thought that you think gives birth to a creation. EVERY thought has creative power.

The subconscious accepts whatever you pretend is real and will use it to create your outer reality.

The thoughts that you think, regarding those things that you want, set into motion the creation, and eventual fulfillment of that which you want. And likewise, the thoughts that you think, regarding those things that you do not want, set into motion the creation, and eventual fulfillment of that which you do NOT want.

Creative visualization is the technique of using your imagination to create what you want in your life. There is nothing at all new, strange or unusual about creative visualization. You are already using it every day, every minute in fact. It is your natural power of imagination, the basic creative energy of the universe which you use constantly, whether or not you are aware of it.

Spend time thinking of what you want rather than what you don't want and test it. Be careful of this, my friends, because if you envision something quite casually and do it with conviction, even though you may not be sure you want it, it will manifest. This is neither magic, nor false hope. It is the reality of the power of your subconscious mind. This is why it is so important to develop self-awareness to the depths of your ability so that no creation can come about in your life without your having made the choice.

The world of images is the source of power in your physical world. Imagining what you want is like creating a model before you build the real thing. The images direct the energy in your body.

You have designed your life yourself. You have created nothing in your outer reality that is a stranger to you. There is comfort to be had by looking at your "outer circumstances" and realize that this is a perfect reflection of what you truly believe as a soul. With each breath, with each pulsation of energy, you send out this essence of yourself, which mingles with other essences and creates and re-creates your physical environment. Feel yourself centered within and sending out waves of your energy. See it radiating outward from your physical being and into the environment, where it becomes an extension of yourself. Realize that the objects you perceive "out there" are the materialization of your thoughts, formed by YOUR energy into symbols of the inner you, your essence, your soul.

You are the creator of everything in your life. Nothing happens that you have not called to you. The inner desire of the wise and conscious soul is to externalize, to create a tangible manifestation of what it internally holds to be true and thereby experience that belief. It is through that experience that the transformation occurs.

Your life is not your master, it is your child. Every moment of your life is infinitely creative and the universe is endlessly bountiful. Just put forth a clear enough request and everything your heart desires must come to you.

Emotions help you create reality. When you believe in something, love, desire, and want it, you can create it more quickly. If there is anything you want to become aware of, focus upon it. Whatever you turn your attention to, you will create.

Life is really very simple. What we give out, we get back. You create creation with the thoughts that you think.

Beliefs generate thoughts and emotions, which create your inner experience and outer reality. If any area of your life is not working, one of your beliefs in that area needs to be changed.

You CAN control your thoughts and create with deliberate intent.
