How to Imprint Your Goals
The process of doing this is called “Imprinting”. Imprinting is the deliberate control of thoughts and pictures of the kind of changes we want to make. The imprinting occurs when our subconscious mind accepts the new visual image of the end result. Imprinting is a three-step process:
1. You affirm your goal.
2. You picture the end result.
3. You feel the emotion that goes along with accomplishing the goal.
Let's talk about each step so that we are absolutely clear on the procedure.
Step 1 - Affirm Your Goal
An affirmation is simply a statement of fact or belief that is written out in a personal, positive, present tense form as though the goal were already a reality. When you write out your affirmations, you deliberately control the programming of your subconscious by directing the visual picture to the end result you want.
Step 2 - Picture the End Result
Picture and experience in your mind the accomplishment of the end result. See yourself actively involved in the accomplishment. This is called constructive “synthetic visualization” or “virtual reality”. It works on the theory of displacement. You are displacing the old picture and old self-image with the new. Remember - you will move toward the goal that you picture.
Step 3 - Feel the Emotion That Goes Along with Accomplishment
The subconscious responds to feelings more than to words. It doesn’t respond any better to positive feelings than to negative feelings. It just responds to feelings. The more emotion or feeling we can put behind an idea, the faster it will manifest. So feeling and emotion are very important for impact. It can be said that our affirmation will manifest in direct proportion to the frequency with which we use picturing and emotional involvement. What you want to do is see to yourself accomplishing the end result while feeling the joy and satisfaction of the accomplishment.
All three steps are necessary for successful imprinting. If you just read your affirmations you can expect about a 10% success rate. If you read and visualize the end result, you can expect about a 55% success rate.
If you read your affirmations, picture the end result, and feel the emotion behind the accomplishment of what you are picturing, you can expect a 100 % success rate!
7 Steps to Reach Your Goals in 2009
There is something about "new" that keeps our thoughts occupied with new resolutions, new dreams, new hopes, new plans and new wishes. New Year gives a perfect starting point for opening the next chapter of our life and making it better and brighter than the previous one.
Unfortunately not all of our dreams and desires become reality. Keeping the initial enthusiasm and motivation over the long period of time is often tough. If you have made resolutions last year you probably know how difficult it is to stay committed to them.
The reason why so many people give up on their New Year’s resolutions almost as quickly as they make them is simple.
While resolutions for the New Year give us a wonderful sense of positive intent, they are extremely hard to stick with unless we turn them into clear, well-defined goals.
Here are some goal setting tips that will help you to stay on track with your resolutions and make the upcoming year unforgettable:
1. Get It Right The First Time
Before trying to formulate any actual long-term goal for the next year have a 'mind dump'. It’s a great and simple way of getting a lot of ideas out of your head, clear your mind and get a good view of your plans, decisions, and wishes.
Devote at least 20 minutes of your uninterrupted time to brainstorm. Sit down and relax. Take a piece of paper and write down whatever goals come to your mind. Don’t analyze anything. Just write it down. Big or small. Simple desires or life changes. Everything you wish you had gotten to, but didn’t. Anything you wanted for a long time, but never had enough time, courage, or persistence to follow through.
2. Pick Your Goal!
Take a look at the goals that you have written down… Are any of your resolutions unrealistic? What is the most important goal for you at the moment?
I’m sure that there are many goals that you would like to accomplish, but only few of them will have the biggest impact on your life this year.
Which goal is it? Is it something that can be achieved in one year? Or will it require more time? If it is a long term goal that will take several years to achieve, you might want to break it down into smaller goals that you can accomplish in less that a year. Otherwise, there is a high chance of losing motivation and initial momentum.
3. Concentrate Your Efforts On JUST ONE Goal
Don’t set a lot of different goals at the same time. Although it may seem like a good idea to divide your focus, time and energy between multiple goals, in reality it is counter-productive.
When you set a goal - you make a decision to stay committed to it. If you are pursuing a lot of goals at the same time, you aren’t committed to any of them. You’re just going with the flow, hoping that you’ll find time to squeeze everything into your already busy schedule. But what you do in reality is lose control of your time and let outside circumstances dictate your life.
One goal gives you clarity and focus. Ten goals create chaos and confusion.
If you want to succeed in achieving your goal next year, chose just one goal at a time and stick to it until it is 100% complete. Then pick the next one.
I know that we want to have everything right this moment. Most of us are impatient by nature. But think about this: It is much better to achieve one major goal than set 10 goals and fail to accomplish any of them!
4. Create Your Mantra
Once you’ve chosen your goal, turn it into a personal statement. And then turn it into something more than a statement - make it your own mantra or a verbal formula that is continuously repeated in your mind.
Make sure that you make your goal as detailed and clear as possible. There is a great way to check if your goal is stated correctly. Look at your goal “from the distance”. Forget that you have written these words just a few hours ago. Imagine that you see this statement for the first time, because your friend wants to know your opinion on it. Do you have any questions? Or maybe you would like to clarify a few things? If so, make adjustments to your goal, until it is 100% clear to everyone who reads it for the first time.
After that put copies of your goal on an index card, make it your desktop wallpaper, post it in the car or right next to your bathroom mirror or next to your computer at work.
Ensure that your goal is always at a forefront of your mind. Repeat it out loud every single day. Make your goal a center of your focus.
This will help you to keep your motivation and excitement high throughout the day.
5. Decide On An Action Plan
Many people fail to achieve their goals not because they lack desire or enthusiasm, but because they fail to plan their success out.
Goals are not simple items on your to-do list. They can’t be done overnight. Any worthwhile goal requires sustained effort and energy over the long period of time. Without a well-thought action plan it is almost impossible to carry big goals out.
If you want to noticeably improve your chances of success - plan specific actions that will lead you to the desired result. Your goal should be your compass that will point you into the right direction.
Your action plan is a detailed map that with the baby steps will take you to your destination point. Action plan also helps you to monitor your progress, while giving you a sense of accomplishment and making the whole process seem a lot easier.
6. Make Your Success Inevitable
Even if the goal that we have chosen sounds really appealing, it doesn’t mean that we will stick to it. When it comes to doing actual work, our motivation disappears with a speed of light.
Here is a quick example. Having a beautiful, toned and slim body is a very inspirational goal. We all want to be healthy and look great. However, getting up early in the morning to run 1 mile, denying ourselves things we love to eat, changing our lifestyle sounds much less appealing. At this point we have to consciously force ourselves into doing all these things to get the end result that we want.
Of course, if you have an iron will and unbending self-discipline, you will achieve your goal anyways. But if you are like me, you probably won’t torture yourself for a long period of time. Fortunately, there is a way how you can accomplish anything you desire, without having to force yourself into doing something.
All you have to do is set up the right conditions and let things happen for themselves.
For example, if you want to get more exercise, you can find a friend who wants to get back in shape and offer him/her to exercise together. Or set up an appointment with a personal trainer at the gym. He will stay by your side the whole time and you will more likely do your best. Or you can make a deal with your spouse that every workout that you’ll skip, you’ll give him/her $40.
Leave yourself no escape from achieving your goal. What conditions can you set up to make your success inevitable? With a little imagination and support of your friends and family you can accomplish any goal!
7. Build On Your Success
No matter what goal you have decided to pursue, there is only one way to achieve it - take a first step and build on your success gradually.
There is no way around it. You can’t become a multi-millionaire without making your first million. You can’t get in shape and have a gorgeous looking body, without doing the first workout. You can’t write a book, without writing the first chapter.
Whatever you want to accomplish you must do something every single day towards making your wish reality.
Even if you do just a little bit. Something that doesn’t require a lot of your time of effort, but you do it DAILY, you will achieve even your most daring goals.
Don’t let a single day go by without "incrementally" adding to an accomplishment of your goal. Consistency is the most important factor of success. Not motivation, not knowledge, not your skills - but consistency.
When we are first faced with everything we must do in order to achieve our goal it is easy to feel overwhelmed. When a goal seems too difficult to accomplish we often procrastinate, preferring to postpone hard work for later. The problem with it is that "later" may never come.
The only moment when you can change or do something is NOW. Don’t delude yourself with self-justifications that it is ok to skip today, if you do twice the work the next day. Deep down you know that it is just another story that you are telling yourself.
January 1st is a great starting point to change your life for the better. Make no excuses next year! Do something that will take you closer to your goal every single day. Even a tiny step towards your goal creates momentum and boosts motivation. And it is a step that you will never have to take again.
How to Become a Money Magnet
Like most people, you have probably been taught to see money as a tangible resource that resides in your wallet and bank account until you need to spend it. You use it to pay bills, buy products and services, and support worthwhile causes.
When you need more money, you probably do what most people would do: take physical action that will bring in more money, such as working extra hours, asking your boss for a raise, or even selling a few of your material possessions.
What you may not realize is that you can attract money into your life in much easier ways; simply by changing the way you think about money and abundance. It’s called the Law of Attraction, and getting it to work effectively for you can make the difference between a lifetime of lack and struggle, or abundance and ease.
This report is going to share 7 of the biggest mistakes that people make when attempting to use the Law of Attraction to attract more money into their lives; and offer helpful suggestions on how to turn them around if you find that you may be doing the same.
Law of Attraction Money Mistake #1
Holding a Mind-Set of Lack and Struggle
Based on your own life experiences, would you say that obtaining money on a regular basis is easy or difficult? In other words, do you have to work very hard to receive enough money to cover your monthly expenses, or does money seem to come to you effortlessly?
Take some time to think carefully about these questions because they reveal something very important: your overall mind-set regarding money and wealth. You can tell immediately whether you have a wealth mind-set or lack mind-set by looking at your life experiences.
Law of Attraction Think Rich Lesson #1
Your Mind-Set Creates Your Experiences
The Law of Attraction is activated by your mind-set – in other words, the things you think, believe and feel on a regular basis. Here’s how it works: Your thoughts trigger your emotions. Your emotional state emits a specific frequency of energy to the universe, and the universe returns events and experiences into your life, that correspond with your emotional frequency.
When you think and feel positively on a regular basis, everything in your life seems to flow more easily, including money. When your thoughts and emotions lean more toward the negative side on a regular basis, you experience more problems, setbacks and financial lack in your life. Also important are your beliefs. Your beliefs form the structure of what is possible for you. If you believe you have to work hard to have a lot of money, you’ll create exactly that experience for yourself. If you don’t believe you deserve more than a certain amount of money, you’ll block more from arriving. Whatever your beliefs are, they are your TRUTH, and you will subconsciously create evidence that supports that truth over and over again until you learn to do things differently.
Law of Attraction Money Mistake #2
Focusing on What You Don’t Have
Have you ever agonized over a shortage of money? Have you worried obsessively about not being able to pay your bills or buy something you wanted? Believe it or not, you were probably making the situation worse by doing so.
We know that lack is the condition of not having something you want – in other words, the absence of something. But the absence of exactly what may surprise you. Lack is not the absence of money, or health, or love. Those are just the symptoms of lack. At its core, lack is simply the blockage of ENERGY. When it comes right down to it, everything is energy. When you experience lack of any kind, it’s a sure sign that you are cutting off the natural flow of energy through your life.
Every time you worry about your financial situation, agonize over a shortage of money, or feel stressed about your bills, you attract more of the experience of lack into your life.
Law of Attraction Think Rich Lesson #2
Focus on What You DO Have and DO Want
It may sound incredibly difficult to focus on the positive when your life doesn’t look so rosy, but it is vital to find a way to do it. When you focus on the good things you already have and think about the things you want from an optimistic and hopeful state of mind, you cannot help but attract more of them into your life.
There are endless ways to begin focusing your thoughts on the things you do have and do want. Start a gratitude journal and jot down a few things each day that you are grateful for. (Hint: even if these things are not related to money, they can still get that positive energy flowing and attract more good things into your life; including more money.) You can also visualize having more money and imagine being able to pay your bills easily. The more you focus on things like this, the more they will begin to show up in your physical reality.
Law of Attraction Money Mistake #3
Attracting Lack with Negative Emotions
Focusing on lack and struggle is destructive enough, but it’s possible to make it even worse by infusing this focus with strong, negative emotions. Think of your emotions as the fuel that lends power to everything that manifests in your life. When it comes to money, do you often find yourself locked into negative emotions like these? Fear Anxiety Helplessness Hopelessness Pessimism Doubt Frustration Worry Jealousy Resentment
Every time you experience emotions like these, you are creating more lack. In order to turn lack into abundance, you have to avoid investing in these negative emotions.
Law of Attraction Think Rich Lesson #3
How to Prevent Negative Emotions from Creating More Lack
There are two things you can do to prevent these emotions from creating more lack in your life:
1) First, avoiding sinking into feelings like those described above is crucial. As soon as you notice yourself starting to feel stressed or worried about money, immediately shift your focus to something else. You can engage in a bit of self-talk if it helps; say something like, "There’s no point worrying about something I can’t control, so I’m going to focus on something that makes me feel good." Then spend time on unrelated activities, or find a way to feel better about your financial situation.
2) Secondly, begin directing more positive emotions toward your financial situation.
Even if you have to engage in a bit of fantasizing in order to do so, you need to get some positive emotions flowing to attract more abundance. There are many ways to do this, but one that works well is to keep affirming, "I always have more than enough money for everything I need." Just keep saying it over and over again, allowing yourself to feel confident and happy that your financial needs are being met.
You might receive an unexpected check in the mail, you might get a bonus or pay raise at work, or you may even notice you’re starting to receive unexpected gifts or discounts. These are great signs that it’s working! Keep replacing negative emotions with positive as often as possible and you’ll keep the good energy flowing – which will keep inspiring greater and greater change in your life.

7 Keys for Manifesting your Deepest Desires
Would you be interested in a simple formula you can use to attract what you want faster than you ever thought you could?
That’s exactly what we’re going to cover here.
You see, I’ve noticed that people make several big mistakes when goal-setting and manifesting. Let’s talk now about how you can avoid these mistakes and create the life you want.
It’s very important that you frame your intentions correctly as I’m about to explain. Do the following whenever you set intentions and goals and you’ll find yourself attracting good things at a speed that will amaze you.
By the way, if you prefer the word “goals” or “outcomes” instead of the word “intention” - that’s fine. I’m going to use the word “intention” to mean all of these things.
So let’s discuss The 7 Keys For Manifesting Your Deepest Desires…
Key #1: Make Sure You Set Your Intention!
I know it sounds obvious but this has to be the number one reason why people don’t get what they want. Look, in any situation you’re either creating what you want or you’re reacting to what is.
When people pretend they are not responsible for what they’re creating in their lives, they’re really choosing to accept what they DON’T want. The first step in creating your life the way you want it is to accept responsibility for what is. It’s not Mum and Dad’s fault, the boss’s fault or God’s fault. You’re driving you’re own bus and you’re the one who’s in control of your life.
This can be a bitter pill to swallow for many people. But anything less than accepting full responsibility for what you attract will not manifest your deepest desires. Let’s look at the next key, shall we?
Key #2: Make Your Intention Best For All
Many goal-setting methods encourage us to set all kinds of goals without fully considering the consequences. The problem with that is that what’s good for one area of your life may have a negative impact on the rest of your life, others or the planet.
Okay, I’m sure the majority of people have good motives and would not knowingly set intentions that would hurt themselves or others. However, it’s also true that the enemy of the BEST is often the GOOD. An intention may be safe for all, but is it really what’s BEST for all? I encourage you to consider the consequences and to always check in with your heart before setting an intention. I like to meditate before setting an intention on the bigger issues. Get this key right and you’ll have the inertia of the Universe working with you.
Key #3: Your Intention Must Be Positively Stated
I’m sure you’ve heard this one before - but are you applying it? Listen carefully to what you say to yourself when you talk about what you want and don’t want. What percentage of what you say is framed negatively like, “I’m sick of work” or, “We need to stop arguing” etc etc. Negatively framed intentions need to be changed to the positive. What DO you want?
Key #4: Your Intention Must Be Clear & Concise
Go ahead and write pages of detail about your dreams. Going into lots of detail creates the passion needed to turn your dreams into reality. Just be sure that you also have a statement of intent in the form of a nutshell type statement.By clear and concise I mean one or two sentences at the most. Remember - If you cannot say it, you cannot have it!
Key #5: State Your Intention In Present Tense Language
Frame your intention in present tense language. For example, don’t say, “By 1st January 2010 I will own a Ferrari”. Instead say, “It is now 1st January 2010 and I’m looking at my brand new Ferrari”. Framing your intention in the present tense helps you create the feeling of already having created your outcome. This is very important.
Key #6: Your Intention Should Be Both Believable & Challenging
You must believe and expect your outcome is on it’s way. Nothing gives you more belief than a history of success. If you’ve never had success in some area, it’s better to start smaller - get some successes under your belt and build up.Play with the time limit and the size of the goal. If you’ve always been successful in a given area then it’s time to scale up your intention and/or move it closer to the present. What would be more challenging for you? Set intentions that stretch you and that you can fully believe will happen in the time frame you set.
Key #7: Know Your Evidence Procedure
Critically important. How will you know when your outcome has happened? Where will you be? What will be your experience? What will you see, hear, feel, say and do etc?Build the evidence procedure into your statement of intent. For example, “It is now 1st January 2010 and I am looking at my brand new Ferrari and I feel great!” Including the evidence procedure makes it easy for the Universe to understand your intention and make it manifest. Finally, some of this may serve as a reminder of what you already know to make sure you’re putting this into practice.
You may also find that you’ve been missing one or more of these keys and that by adding the missing key, you’ll sky-rocket your results. “To infinity and beyond”!The Billion Dollar Meditation
Are you one of those people who wonders how to get over the block of not being able to manifest money, and therefore not being able to purchase things you desire? Well, congratulations… you just manifested this wonderful tool to help you out.
The entire meditation should take at least 15 minutes, and be done every day if you want to reap profound results in attracting financial prosperity…
The Billion Dollar Meditation
Start by relaxing every muscle in your entire body. Imagine a warm, healing energy and light caressing and entering every single cell inside you.
When you are deeply relaxed, repeat the sound “Ahhhhhhhh” out loud, or in your mind. This is the same sound you would make if you had a big epiphany or were watching the most exquisite sunset. Let the sound come out effortlessly, releasing and relaxing your being deep inside.
Let the sound flow gently and naturally out of your lungs and vocal chords. Don’t force it out. Let it relax you deeper.
Then, imagine a golden liquid light running up from the base of your spine, through your heart, and showering out the top of your head.
As it fountains out the crown of your head, the liquid light cascades down over your entire body. You become a fountain of energy, bathing in golden vibrant goodness.
With each in-breath the energy flows up your spine to the top of your head. With each out-breath it flows out your crown, cascades down around your body, and drenches your skin, muscles, bones and cells with warm golden healing energy.
After 7 minutes of bathing in your golden shower, take the remaining time to imagine hundreds of millions of dollars (in $100 bills) floating down from the clouds above, dumping all over your neighborhood, entering your house, and filling up your room!
Visualize yourself swimming through the money, touching the millions of dollars around you! Look outside your window and see how EXCITED and ECSTATIC everyone is! It is raining millions of dollars in everybody’s home! There is more than enough for everyone.
Let yourself experience this abundance, and feel that you have more money than you could ever spend or ask for. Experience the feelings of JOY, SECURITY, and EXCITEMENT this money brings to you.
Allow this feeling of being infinitely rich to sink to the core of your heart, mind and soul! Know that you are a God-Being, and you deserve it!
As with all manifestation techniques, keep in mind that juicing up your emotions — really FEELING the joy and excitement outlined in the meditation — is the best way to kick the attraction power into high gear.
Now here’s an excerpt from Jafree and Margot’s Manifesting Manual, as featured in the Super Manifestor Gold Pack, to help you make the most of this exercise:
The more you can relax into your body during this visualization, the easier it will be to experience feelings of abundance, and actually attract more funds into your bank account. Receiving this increased abundance is also about releasing the attachment to your fear of poverty and financial failure.
This fear dissolves when you know in your heart that the Universe will always provide for you. This feeling of deep sufficiency occurs when you realize that you are a God-Being and every cell in your body is vibrating with the Universe’s abundance!
In order to fully maximize the power of this meditation, set a strong intention to maintain this abundant feeling and vibration all day long. It feels good to bathe in these feelings of abundance all the time, so consciously refocus your energy on these feelings whenever your mind strays back to poverty thinking.
The instant a fear arises, breathe through it, and IMMEDIATELY return to complete 100% sufficiency and abundance! Start walking, talking and acting as if you have already attained that ultimate goal you wanted to manifest.
This is an exercise in trusting the intelligent Universe, yourself, and the natural manifesting process. So take your time and be patient with yourself. You will learn as you practice it.
For years, the Billion Dollar Meditation has been a favorite for people who are seeking financial freedom and abundance. Everyone wants the experience of being outrageously abundant and financially free to do anything they desire. If you find you are having limiting beliefs that are blocking you from this experience, or a voice in your head saying that this kind of abundance is not OK, you may need to identify and heal this poverty-creating saboteur.
If you have difficulty feeling what it’s like to be surrounded by an abundance of money, you may want to experience the guided audio version of this meditation, Manifesting an Abundance of Money, which is available in the Super Manifestor Gold Pack. This audio meditation is a healing experience that brings your body, mind and vibration into a greater alignment and receptivity with feeling completely free and abundant.
Change begins at a deep level, and this meditation is a deep cellular transformation that will allow you to almost effortlessly magnetize more abundance into your life.

How to Manifest For Free
I am constantly receiving e-mails that say something like this: "Please send me something that is free that will cause me to attract money so that I can have money to pay for other things needed. Thank you."
This is a typical example of e-mails that are arriving from around the world from people who just don't get it.
So what I wanted to do was give anybody the opportunity to manifest anything that they wanted to for basically free. The only thing that you need is a couple of good pencils or pens, and a notebook, just a standard, regular notebook.
So how do we do this?
Firstly this is a daily exercise. You don't miss a day. Second thing to remember is what we're doing is creating the future. It's a four step sequence. And so, without further ado, let's go ahead and get started.
This is going to absolutely blow your mind.
It takes about 30 days for it to kick in. It'll actually kick in instantly, but things will start manifesting and coming into your life very rapidly. I'd hate to say, you know, the old rule of thumb is 21 days, but I've seen it happen sooner, I've seen it happen longer. So the key is daily effort.
You need to do this exercise every single day without missing a day from here on out, pretty much. And as you start to get your new goal in you switch goals and do it on the next goal. So let's go ahead and get started. The first thing just open up a notebook and I've got mine here. Just open it up to a clean page.
At the top of the page you're going to write what it is that you want to happen, and attach a feeling to it.
For example, let's talk about money since that seems to be what everyone is interested in. The first thing you attach the event and attach an emotion to it.
So step one is, "I…", and you want to state it in the form of as if it's happening right now, or if it's already happened. So step one would be, "I am making $200 dollars per day, and feel relieved and excited about my life, and look forward to more fun in the days to come."
What I've done there is made a statement. "I'm making $200 dollars per day." That's the objective. But I'm not saying, "I'm going to make $200 dollars per day," I'm saying, "I am making $200 per day," and that's how we're going to talk about this as if it's happening right now. What's going on? "I'm making $200 dollars per day," and we're talking about how it feels right now to make $200 dollars per day.
You might be making minimum wage right now, but we're not talking about that. We're talking about you decided you wanted to make $200 dollars per day. Let's pretend like you're making $200 dollars per day, except this is not pretending, this is for real because what we feel and think on the inside attracts things on the outside to match what we feel like on the inside. I've got tons of proof how this works. I've done it a million times. It's wonderful.
This is free. This is a daily exercise, you asked for it, here it is. So that's step one. "I am making $200 dollars per day," and how do I feel? "I feel relieved and excited about my life, and I look forward to more fun in the days to come." That's something that I feel, and you want to pick something that you really feel in your words. How do you feel? Imagine that you're making $200 dollars per day, and how does it feel? And get up in that space to where you're making $200 dollars per day, and how does it feel, and write it down.
And then the second step to this is, and you write this out, "I support myself in making $200 dollars per day, and am grateful for my life and income." The key part of step two is, "I support myself in," whatever it is. "I support myself," okay? So that's the second step. And in this example, "I support myself in making $200 dollars per day, and am grateful for my life and income," that's something that I feel. Obviously gratitude's important. I'd suggest to you, consider that in your number two statement.
And then number three is the fun part. Number three is where you get up in there and you own it, and you talk about everything that's going on. And this is actually where you want to get up into that picture, and stay there, and hold it for as long as you can. So, for example, we'll just go through an example here. Number three is basically you describe, and you write down, and talk about feelings, and talk about how what's going on in your life.
Of course the $200 dollars in cash, you know, the paper part of it is not what we're looking for. We're looking for the emotion, and the lifestyle and what's it doing for you. What's it like? What's if feel like? What's it smell like? What's going on? What are other people saying? What's it feel like? So, in this example, I'm just going to write it out here. "I am so happy that I am now making $200 dollars per day. I feel so relieved. I am more relaxed. I can pay all my bills. I can do almost anything I want to." And you get the idea.
We're staying up in there, and what you need to do is to focus and stay up in there for a long time. I mean when I say a long time I'm talking like you want to go for five minutes a day if you can, and just keeping writing about it. And what you'll find is that this feeling will start to come up inside of you about how it feels as if you've already made $200 dollars per day.
Again, you might be making minimum wage, but that's not what we're talking about here. We're talking about you already make $200 dollars per day, and how does it feel. And you do this exercise, and continue to write. This is not a journal. This is a specific written manifestation exercise. This is not like anything that you've probably ever done before. What happens is you get this feeling, and that feeling is the exact same feeling that you get when it actually happens.
Now, I have to emphasize, I don't know all the spiritual things that are at work here. What I do know is that this works. And what I also know is that when it actually happens that's the exact same feeling you'll get when it happens. So the purpose of this exercise is, is for you to get comfortable with that feeling. At first it might feel a little uncomfortable, but don't worry about it. Just keep writing. I mean it's a joyful pleasant experience because if you didn't want it in the first place it wouldn't be there, right? I mean in step one, "I'm making $200 dollars per day," if you didn't want $200 dollars per day don't put that down there. If you want a girlfriend, boyfriend, love of your life, you want to get married, have kids, get a new house, pay off your credit cards, whatever it is. Because you can do whatever you want to do, okay?
Just, again, in step one it's whatever the event is and how you feel about it.
Step two is, "I support myself," in whatever it is.
And Step three is you get in there and you step into the picture as if it's happening right now, and you just stay there in writing. The writing helps you stay focused on it. And you'll have this feeling come up. You get used to feeling, get comfortable with it, get to know it, become a friend with it.
Then step four is similar to step two. Step four is a Thank You to your Higher Power for giving this to you and states it as if it has already happened, "Thank You so much for letting me make $200 per day and I'm very, very, very grateful for this opportunity. Thank you."
And that's it.
Is that simple enough?
You Get What You Expect
If we are using imagery to change habit patterns, we must see ourselves acting and reacting the way we want to be in the future. It doesn't matter how we acted today or yesterday.
Once our subconscious gets hold of our new thought, our brain-mind, functioning together through our central nervous system, will take over and we will automatically assume the new behavior patterns. The key is to be able to picture or imagine the end result so vividly that it appears real.
We have learned that our subconscious mind functions in terms of goals or end results. Once the subconscious has accepted an idea, you can absolutely depend upon it to take you to that goal. If we will supply the end results, our subconscious will supply the "how to." It will show us how to reach that end result.
Think of the end results in terms of present possibilities. They must be seen so clearly that they seem real to your brain and nervous system. The ultimate aim of affirmation and visualization is to evoke the feeling that the goal is already achieved.
Feel as though it has already been achieved and your imagery will pull you toward the end result that you desire. Imagine it in as much detail as possible. Keep using the imaging process over and over again for the same goal. In the beginning, don't worry about whether you are putting in enough detail. Every time you visualize you will automatically incorporate more and more detail.
Always put yourself in the picture. See yourself involved in the activities
of your goal. If you do not put yourself in the picture, you may not be in
the end result. Suppose you want a new car - let's say a new BMW. You
visualize the car and faithfully infuse your imagery with emotion, detail
and repetition. And then, all of a sudden, a new BMW comes into your
life. You look out the window of your house and your neighbor is driving
a new BMW! You now have new BMW in your life, but you are not in it!
So, make sure you identify yourself with your goal.
All successful individuals have started with a picture held in their mind.
They visualized and affirmed what they wanted to be, to do and to have.
And then they instructed their subconscious with clarity and repetition.
